Light to Medium pressured Swedish massage combined with various relaxation techniques to relieve tension and promote a peaceful sense of well-being. Great for shaking off that everyday stress!
Deep Tissue Massage
Headaches becoming too frequent? Back pain keeping you up at night? See how this massage can make a difference! Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and releasing trigger points ("muscle knots"), which are a factor in most cases of chronic pain. Deep, direct pressure is slowly applied to bothersome areas, creating a more intense experience, but the therapist always works within your comfort range and the massage should never be painful.
(A combination of techniques may be used in order to meet your goals for the massage.)
